Buyer
The buyer's information will be determined based on the details entered during the order.

Article 2 - Subject
The subject of this agreement is to determine the rights and obligations of the parties regarding the sale and delivery of the product ordered by the Buyer from the seller's website, wieom.com in accordance with the provisions of the Turkish Consumer Protection Law No. 6502 and the Regulation on Distance Contracts.

Article 3 - Product Information
The products listed in the order details, including the 3-piece skincare set, are specified on the website with the selected qualities and sale prices by the Buyer.

Article 4 - Product Delivery
The product will be delivered to the address specified by the Buyer within the legal period of 30 days. During delivery, the Buyer is obliged to check the products and return any damaged or defective products together with the shipping company.

Article 5 - Product Price and Payment
The Buyer agrees to pay the product price specified during the order to the Seller. Payment can be made via credit card, bank transfer, or other payment methods. Once the payment is made, the order will be processed.

Article 6 - Right of Withdrawal
The Buyer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days from the date of delivery of the product, without any justification and without paying a penalty. The withdrawal notice must be sent via email to info@wieom.com or by written communication.

Article 7 - Products for Which the Right of Withdrawal Cannot Be Used
Personal care products, skincare sets, opened, used, or damaged packaging products cannot be returned under the right of withdrawal.

Article 8 - Return and Exchange Conditions
In case of exercising the right of withdrawal, the Buyer is required to return the product to the Seller in complete and undamaged condition along with the invoice and other documents. The return shipping cost will be covered by the Seller.

Article 9 - Resolution of Disputes
In case of a dispute, the consumer has the right to apply to consumer arbitration boards.
