WIEOM KOZMETİK A.Ş. RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY

GENERAL TERMS:

  1. All purchases made through wieom.com are subject to consumer rights in accordance with the Turkish Consumer Protection Law No. 6502 and the Regulation on Distance Contracts.
  2. Consumers are considered to have accepted the pre-information form and the distance sales contract presented to them when placing an order.
  3. For returns and exchanges, the product must be unused, unopened, and in resalable condition.
  4. Shipping costs for returns and exchanges are the responsibility of the buyer. However, if the return is due to the fault of Wieom Kozmetik A.Ş., the shipping costs will be covered by the company.

RETURN TERMS:

  1. The buyer may request a return within 14 days from the date of receipt of the product by exercising their right of withdrawal. To exercise the right of withdrawal, an email must be sent to info@wieom.com
  2. To exercise the right of withdrawal, the products must be in their original packaging, unused, undamaged, and complete. The original invoice must also be returned with the product.
  3. After the returned product is inspected, Wieom Kozmetik A.Ş. will refund the product price to the buyer's bank account within 14 days. For payments made by credit card, the refund period may vary depending on the processing time of the banks.

EXCHANGE TERMS:

  1. Products can be exchanged within 14 days from the delivery date. To request an exchange, an email must be sent to info@wieom.com
  2. The products requested for exchange must be in their original packaging, unused, complete, and in resalable condition.
  3. Shipping costs incurred during the product exchange are the responsibility of the buyer. However, if the product is defective or damaged, the shipping costs will be covered by Wieom Kozmetik A.Ş.

PRODUCTS FOR WHICH THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL CANNOT BE USED:

  1. Personalized products made according to the consumer's preferences, products that are not suitable for return due to health and hygiene reasons (including opened cosmetic products), or products that have been opened or used cannot be returned under the right of withdrawal.
  2. Products that are perishable or likely to expire soon cannot be returned under the right of withdrawal.
